He told me that my stools
AllAA lli ( orlistat) is an over-the-counter medication used to help people lose weight
I do ADF and on my eating days I do OMAD or sometimes a 4 hour eating window
This isn't a wonder drug, you still have to put the effort in to lose the weight
Alli is a 60-milligram, over-the-counter version of orlistat (Xenical), a 120-milligram prescription drug
But consumerism and pharma/food did a fantastic job of washing it all away
I stopped because I started getting sharp pains in my right hand side, and knowing orlistat can cause kidney issues, I panicked and completely stopped lol
Both doses work to stop your body from absorbing all the fat you eat, but you’ll still need to follow a low-calorie, low-fat diet alongside your treatment

If I took two 60mg pills would that basically be the same as taking 1 prescription 120mg pill? Thanks
That’s 900 calories from fat and only 225 of that would be blocked
So my doc is offering to let me try orlistat, but I'm thinking of asking to try ozempic instead
Calorie counting, fasting, all sorts
) Underestimating the side effects
Not a diabetic or T2
Unless you eat a completely fat free diet you will be susceptible to chronic diarrhea and even fecal incontinence
I was also told it will give me a short term spike in energy, which I’m hoping will help since I’m clenbuterol + orlistat? i’m looking to lose weight as quickly as possible in the shortest amount of time
